Barr Mansion Wedding Photographer | Jenna + Nathan Married

Jenna and Nathan are two souls who are so at ease simply being who they are. When two of these kind of people fall in love, you just can’t help but feel comfortable being yourself around them. Their love is relaxed and refreshing. Their wedding day was laid-back and beautiful and genuine and goofy and so endearing. It was also a family affair. The daisies that sprinkled the bouquets were picked fresh that morning from Jenna's mother's garden. Her sister-in-law coordinated the whole event, making sure that the day really felt like them. Her dad officiated the ceremony, and Nathan's brother served as the best man while his sister-in-law (who helped set Nathan and Jenna up) was her maid-of-honor.

When it started drizzling at Barr Mansion just before the ceremony, I thought, “uh-oh,” because typically that’s a set-back on a wedding day. But Jenna smiled and shrugged in the room where she was getting ready. Her mother sweetly mentioned that it rained on her wedding day, too. And as Jenna walked down the aisle in the cool drizzle toward Nathan waiting for her under the branches of an old oak tree, everything felt right.

Jenna and Nathan, I can’t wait to see what adventures await you! May these pictures bless you and remind you of how profound your union is for years to come.

Sisterdale Wedding Photographer | Hannah + Leo | Dance Hall Wedding

Ah! This wedding. We can't say enough wonderful things about these two, their sweet spirits and strong love. Their wedding day was so thoughtful, and it all took place at the amazing Sisterdale Dance Hall & Opera House -- lending a magical backdrop of giant oak trees kissed by sunshine and a truly Texas dance hall from the late 1800s. The decorations were also drop-dead gorgeous, representing all of Hannah & Leo's favorite things, from old-school fire trucks to dainty tea cups. But something in particular we loved about this wedding was the amazing familial bonds we witnessed. Young and old, everyone was so close and so happy to celebrate Hannah and Leo's love. It was beautiful to behold.

We'll just let the images speak for themselves.. Congratulations and we wish you many happy years together, Hannah and Leo!
